Does DataContext need to replace DbContext.Set<T>

Hi Le,

This is a very short one. DataContext defines public new DbSet<T> Set<T> to hide the base method, however all this does is enforce the same constraints as DbContext.Set<T> and call return base.Set<T>();.

Is this still required? Removing it, or alternatively documenting why we have it, may make the codebase easier to understand.
